They saved people from elevators. The elevator stops between floors, which is especially inconvenient when you have heavier luggage.
Half of the things are broken in the apartments, TVs, toilet bowls, lamps do not light. The base is 0, the fixer also has no attitude, he only takes your money and the end evaporates and every complaint and remark goes through one ear and out the other ear, no attention. But for these prices, I think it's not so bad.
+ good view, close to the beach- quite worn out apartment.And the main reason to rate 1* is - i booked 'Victoria beach, Pomorie'! Then the guy asked me to give him the pin number and reservation number to 'check and confirm my reservation'. Then, after I was asked to pay CASH, they canceled my reservation with booking which was super unprofessional! I send a note to booking about that and they are investigating but, personally, I will never book those hotel again.And yes, in booking.com they are Victoria/Aglaya APARTMENT but in reality you get in the Dune hotel!
Is a nice place... Very clean free parking 10 meters from the beach beautiful view, everything was nice...
The most arrogant owner and personnel who don't know what is doing. All those people need to educate themselves about hospitality industry from scratch. My advise is: stay away from that place.
